The soup is the perfect portion. Flavorful nothing needs to be added. The broth was delicious. The service was above my expectations. The inside of the restaurant is kept clean. We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations and music.
My search for the most amazing PHO is over. PHO KIM QUY is the place for best pho in OC. Their broth is not watered down, and their meats are very well marbled and tasty. Well deserved 5 stars.
